FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 30, 2020- The first anniversary for the blog, 24Bite, is underway. Fifteen-year-old Christian Guzman and his mother have been working hard for the last year to make Christian’s dreams come true.
“The website is dedicated to the memory of my great grandmother who loved to cook so much that she even owned her own café, Brookshaven Café,” says Guzman. The love of cooking has definitely been passed down to Christian.
In addition to sharing his recipes with the world via the 24Bite recipes website, he is hoping to create a YouTube channel by 2021 and publishing a cookbook by 2022.
“I’ve been filling up 24Bite® with recipes for lots of pizza and Mexican food, my favorites!” says Guzman. “But, I’ll also be doing some experimenting with other foods along the way. Man does not live by pizza alone….. or something like that.”
Pizza is a staple in comfort foods. Find some of his favorite pizza recipes on the website, and try them out for your family for your next pizza night.
The website is loaded with Mexican food recipes, some of them created by Christian himself. He also has an assortment of Tamales recipes as well. Some of the other recipe types include vegan and gluten-free alternatives. You can find recipes for chicken and pasta, too.
There are recipes that use an instant pot while others are great for in the slow cooker. Christian’s recipes can make cooking much more enjoyable for you and the junior chefs in your life.
Not everyone is looking for a savory dish. Christian has some recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth in a snap. Some of the recipes include brownies, danishes, and blondies.
“Cookies are quick, fun, and easy!” says Guzman. “We love them at 24Bite, especially for gift giving! They make great little desserts and snacks.”
Christian proves that kids can be handy in the kitchen, too. Kids who like to cook would benefit greatly from following his food journey. Learn more at 24bite.com.
About Christian & 24Bite®: Welcome to 24Bite®! My name is Christian Guzman and I love to cook! I hope you will join me as I experiment in the kitchen with the help of my mom.
I have been raised by a hardworking online blogger, my mom Kim Guzman, founder of CrochetKim.com. Working online is all I’ve ever really known from her. So, here I am, ready to jump in with both feet with my own blog!
I first started working on this website in 2019 as my high school homeschool writing assignment. Once I finished the assignment, (I made an “A”!), my mom and I started working on the website together as a full-time venture.

Congratulations Christian on your first full year as a chef blogger! (I realize I’m seeing this about 5 months too late). It’s fabulous you’re following your dreams of being a creative person, and hopefully making a living from it. I’m a full time artist/painter, and I finally got to pursue my dream of being a professional artist after years of hard work, so I totally get your desire to do so, and you’re SO lucky to have the right guidance and motivation while you’re at such a young age. I stumbled across this site looking for a red bean instant pot recipe (which came out fabulous, thank you!), and I enjoyed reading about your story. I shall also scour your site for more delicious recipes. So good luck on your cooking career, and cheers to being a full-time chef, from one artist to another 🙂

Hi, Christian! I was looking for a chorizo recipe when I came across yours for a Chorizo Rice One Skillet Dinner. I appreciated the tip you provided to saute the rice first and was totally amazed by the richness of flavor and texture that came together. Thank you for sharing this recipe on your blog, and I wish you continued success as an author and chef!
