Welcome to 24Bite®! My name is Christian Guzman and I love to cook! I hope you will join me in the kitchen, where I teach you to make your favorite craves!
I have been raised by a hardworking online blogger, my mom Kim Guzman, founder of CrochetKim.com, now designing at MakeItCrochet.com. Working online is all I’ve ever really known from her. So, here I am, ready to jump in with both feet with my own blog!
I first started working on this website in 2019 as my high school homeschool writing assignment. Once I finished the assignment, (I made an “A”!), my mom and I started working on the website together as a full time venture.
I’ll be filling up 24Bite® with recipes for lots of pizza and Mexican food, my favorites! But, I’ll also be doing some experimenting with other foods along the way. Man does not live by pizza alone….. or something like that.
In addition to developing and cooking up delicious, creative recipes, I am still homeschooling at least for another year or two. In my spare time, I love to play video games and my favorite right now is Beat Saber VR. So much fun and really great exercise.
My hope is to add a YouTube channel and perhaps write a cookbook once I’ve finished school. My mom has been loads of help since she started a large YouTube channel of her own and she’s written about two dozen books. You can find those on Amazon. I hope to be on Amazon too someday!
This website is dedicated to the memory of my great grandmother who loved to cook so much that she even owned her own café. See photos above and below, taken in the early 1980s, of Brookshaven Café, in a little town outside of Malvern, Arkansas.
Mom has used some of the decor from the café in our home now.
