Chicken Molé is on the traditional holiday menu and it's perfect for any special occasion.
Ingredients
Chicken Thighs
Olive Oil
Onion
Bell Pepper
Dona Maria Mole
Abuelita Chocolate
Garlic Powder
Salt
Chile Powder
Cumin, Allspice
Peanut Butter
Chicken Stock

Sear the chicken thighs then set aside.
Make the sauce by heating until the Dona Maria mole sauce is mixed well with everything and heated through.
Place the seared chicken thighs back into the skillet with the sauce and let simmer until fully cooked.
Slice the chicken for tacos. Add your favorite toppings. I love adding more sauce, red cabbage and queso fresco.
